Lead end-to-end configuration and support of SAP PP (Production Planning) processes including MRP, production orders, capacity planning, and shop floor control. Gather business requirements from manufacturing stakeholders and translate them into SAP PP functional specs and solutions. Configure and optimize Master Data related to BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, and Production Versions. Support integration between PP and MM modules for seamless materials management, including procurement planning and stock handling. Handle MRP (Material Requirements Planning) runs, analyze exception messages, and coordinate with planners to ensure timely procurement and production. Provide support for process manufacturing or discrete/repetitive manufacturing scenarios depending on the business need. Work closely with the MM team on procurement processes, material master data, purchasing info records, and vendor integrations. Participate in system testing (UT/SIT/UAT), prepare documentation, and provide training to end-users and super users. Troubleshoot SAP-related production issues and provide day-to-day support to business users in the manufacturing and supply chain functions. Participate in SAP rollouts, enhancements, and S/4HANA migration projects with a focus on PP processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in QM, SD, and WM for integrated process design. Create functional specifications for custom developments (RICEFW) and coordinate with ABAP developers for delivery. Ensure compliance with change management processes and ITIL practices within the SAP landscape.
