Data Center/Warehouse Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Center/Warehouse Logistics Specialist to support our data center operations. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and performing various warehouse-related tasks to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations. Key Responsibilities

Shipping & Receiving Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments of IT equipment and supplies. Prepare and package outgoing shipments in accordance with company and carrier standards. Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and dispatch. Inventory Management Track and manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS). Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of equipment, parts, and consumables. Warehouse Operations Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as needed. Assist with asset tagging, labeling, and staging of IT hardware. Documentation & Compliance Ensure all logistics activities comply with company policies and security protocols. Maintain accurate logs, shipping records, and inventory reports. Support audits and reporting requirements. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification preferred. 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or data center environments. Familiarity with inventory management systems and shipping software. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate material handling equipment. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Skills

Experience in a data center or IT hardware environment. Knowledge of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) handling procedures. Forklift certification is a plus. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
