Albertsons Market . Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Champions customer service programs to meet or exceed satisfaction goals. Handles customer relations and resolves complaints effectively. Promotes personalized service philosophy and provides friendly customer service. Supervises front-end activities, including monitoring customer traffic, maintaining cleanliness, and safety standards. Manages supply orders and ensures front-end operations are smooth and project a positive image. Controls cash flow, handles transactions, and oversees cash handling policies. Assists with hiring, training, and supervising front-end staff. Enforces safety, dress, and grooming standards, and maintains compliance with policies. Performs other duties as directed, including controlling shrink and ensuring safety. Skills & Physical Requirements: Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle difficult situations professionally. Ability to lift up to 55 lbs, stand for long periods, and operate store equipment. Knowledge of interviewing, employment law, and administrative planning. Supervisory skills, analytical ability, and good understanding of store policies. Awareness of safety, sanitation, and product knowledge. Work Environment: Temperature-controlled store environment with occasional outdoor exposure. Position is a sensitive role affecting safety and health. Pay Range: $27.15/hour, with benefits including insurance, paid time off, holidays, and retirement options.
