Seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects focused on hardware, infrastructure, asset management, and vendor coordination. Candidate will provide technical support as needed, ensuring seamless operations and alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects related to hardware deployments, infrastructure upgrades, and asset management, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware systems, including servers, networking equipment, and data center infrastructure Manage IT asset lifecycles, including procurement, tracking, maintenance, and decommissioning, ensuring accurate inventory and compliance with organizational policies Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to negotiate contracts, manage service-level agreements (SLAs), and ensure timely delivery of hardware and services Provide hands-on support for hardware and infrastructure issues, troubleshooting and resolving problems to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability Act as primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and addressing concerns Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and reports, to ensure transparency and accountability Lead cross-functional teams, including IT technicians, engineers, and external vendors, fostering collaboration and ensuring project milestones are met Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field PMP, ITIL, or similar certifications are a plus Minimum of 5 years of IT project management experience, with focus on hardware, infrastructure, and asset management Strong knowledge of hardware systems (servers, networking, storage), infrastructure technologies, and IT asset management tools Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and network issues Proven experience in managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring SLA compliance Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello) and asset management software (e.g., ServiceNow, Lansweeper)
