Principal Health Management Software Architect
to support our
Government Training and Health Management Software Engineering
team located in
Hazelwood, MO, Oklahoma City, OK, Plano, TX, or Ridley Park, PA . This role will focus on supporting Boeing Global Services (BGS) and will lead strategic and technical direction for health management and data analytics solutions across the business unit. The architect will drive innovation, ensure alignment across program requirements, and develop cohesive software solutions to support current and future military platforms. Responsibilities include designing data integration and analytics platforms, assessing technology solutions, ensuring compliance with regulations, leading software process improvements, managing technical debt, collaborating with stakeholders, and mentoring team members. Basic Qualifications 20+ years of experience developing enterprise-level data and analytics software solutions 15+ years of technical leadership experience Proficiency in software programming languages, databases, and architecture frameworks
Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, or related fields 10+ years of experience with cloud frameworks (Azure, AWS, GCP) Experience with military and defense domain, including compliance with ITAR/EAR Experience with AI solutions and predictive health management for defense customers
