Overview The Domain Architect will design, maintain, and execute current and future architecture for their domain, serving diverse internal and external users. Responsibilities include creating and guiding solution development, managing architectural debts, and providing guidance to leadership and engineering teams. Responsibilities Define principles guiding technology decisions within the domain. Design technical architecture based on business needs and IT strategies, addressing gaps in current systems. Lead and contribute to discussions on future architecture directions. Analyze current technology environment to identify deficiencies and recommend improvements. Evaluate and select technologies and products, designing standard configurations. Lead architecture governance processes. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Information Science, Business, Computer Science, or Engineering. 5+ years of relevant IT and business experience, including in architecture design, deployment, and lifecycle management. 3+ years of architecture experience. 3+ years of project or program management experience, preferably leading projects. Experience in an agile environment preferred. Exposure to diverse technologies and environments. Experience applying emerging technologies to evolving business models. Experience with cloud solutions (Azure, AWS), React, React Native, Spring, DevSecOps, and agile methodologies. Fluent in English. Preferred Skills Knowledge of business architecture tools and techniques, including strategy, business models, trends, and human-centric design. Understanding of various business and operating models. Ability to incorporate new and emerging technologies into business designs. Skills in designing business processes, functions, and organizational structures. Experience in facilitation and change management. Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills. Ability to apply technical solutions to business outcomes and influence leadership. Physical Demands Sitting, typing, and using computers or mobile devices for extended periods.
