Job Description:
Job Title: Integration Lead / Technical Architect
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience Level: Senior (6+ years)
About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Lead / Technical Architect with a strong development background and a deep understanding of enterprise systems integration. This role is central to the success of our ERP implementation, requiring a hands-on technical expert who can assess, design, and guide the integration of multiple systems across a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the technical lead for all integration efforts related to the ERP system. Analyze and evaluate all systems that interface with the ERP to determine integration requirements and dependencies. Design scalable, secure, and efficient integration architectures using industry best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability. Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the full integration lifecycle—from planning and design to deployment and support. Document integration designs, data mappings, and technical specifications. Identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies. Ensure integration solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and business goals.
Must-Have Qualifications
6+ years of experience in technical architecture, systems integration, or software development. Strong development background with hands-on experience in Java, Tomcat, XML, and Oracle. Proven ability to assess complex system landscapes and determine what needs to be connected and how. Experience leading or contributing to large-scale enterprise software implementations. Ability to work independently and take initiative—no hand-holding required. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Legion Workforce Management implementation is a strong plus. Familiarity with enterprise ERP systems and workforce management platforms. Experience deploying integrations across multiple business locations. Knowledge of integration tools, middleware, and APIs.
What We Offer
100% remote work flexibility. Competitive salary and benefits. Opportunity to lead high-impact enterprise projects. A collaborative and innovative work environment.
