We are seeking a skilled and proactive Security and Compliance Engineer to join a leading technology company. In this high-impact role, you will be instrumental in safeguarding the security and compliance of cloud-based services. This is a unique opportunity to apply your expertise in a collaborative environment, driving risk mitigation and enhancing security posture across multiple services. You will be a key partner to engineering teams, providing essential technical guidance and contributing to the development of resilient, compliant solutions.

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive security and risk assessments for cloud services. Collaborate with engineering teams to track and drive risk mitigation efforts. Analyze security and compliance data to identify key insights and summarize risk impact. Leverage automation to streamline compliance validation and remediation workflows. Track and manage work using Agile tools, providing timely and clear documentation.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in cloud security engineering and risk management. Must hold a CISSP or a related, equivalent cybersecurity certification. Experience with cloud platforms and a solid understanding of security architecture and services. Demonstrated experience in performing security assessments, threat modeling, and risk analysis. Must be available to collaborate during Pacific Standard Time (PST) core business hours.
