Strategic Customer Success Manager

From designing onboarding processes to rescuing at-risk accounts, your work will shape the future of education technology. You will champion the customer. You will ensure customers succeed with Screencastify, advocating for their needs and identifying opportunities to improve our product and service.

What you’ll do

Manage and support high-value, strategic accounts, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and measurable results. Diagnose and solve customer challenges with urgency, creativity, and empathy, turning at-risk customers into success stories. Collect and synthesize customer feedback to influence product development and strategy. Experiment and ability to try new things. Lead custom professional learning and QBRs that drive customer outcomes, retention, and expansion. Collaborate with company leadership in Sales, Product, and Marketing to bring customer voices into the business and spotlight success stories. Use AI to improve the Customer Experience playbooks and processes that scale to the entire team. Own your customers’ implementation along with QBRs and annual planning. Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, aligning Screencastify’s capabilities to their goals.

Requirements

You’re a fit if you

Are experienced in K-12 SaaS Customer Success (minimum of 2+ years), but what truly sets you apart is your ability to think strategically, execute with urgency, and drive measurable outcomes for customers. Are obsessed with customer success, proactively seeking ways to add value and solve problems. Thrive in fast-paced environments and can create structure in ambiguity. Are a clear communicator and relationship builder with high emotional intelligence. Take ownership, deliver results, and measure your success by your customers’ success. Be a team player and a catalyst to improve the overall company. Love collaborating cross-functionally to innovate and improve processes. Want to be part of a mission-driven, results-oriented team.

Details

Location: Chicago hybrid (3 days/week in-office) Compensation: Starting at $90,000 + 15% annual variable target based on results Benefits: Competitive, including health, vision, dental, parental leave, and more.
