Program Manager
A client is looking for a Program Manager to sit on-site one day per week in Sleepy Hollow, NY. This person will take ownership of the implementation of a set of projects that collectively comprise a technical program. These projects will all be related to technology enablement around procurement systems. The program's goal is to streamline processes and enhance business performance by integrating new systems, technologies, and digital tools into the environment. The team already works with procurement technologies such as iCertis, iPro, and Oracle, and plans to assess and implement new systems that have yet to be selected. This person will be responsible for leading and overseeing the successful delivery of 7-10 projects simultaneously. This will include developing and managing the program's budget and operational plan, identifying areas for improvement through regular evaluations, handling technical challenges, prioritizing tasks, and mitigating risks. They will also be gauging stakeholder and end user satisfaction and addressing issues when needed. This person needs to be comfortable diving in to manage pieces of projects within this program themselves when necessary to get their hands dirty. This person should be comfortable with $75-80/hr depending on experience.
