Required Qualifications Active Georgia Bar License(required) 2+ years of experiencein tax Experience with IRS audits or experience in tax-driven transactions Proven ability to conduct thorough legal research and analysis Excellent written and verbal communication skills Key Responsibilities Structure sophisticated transactions from inception to completion Represent clients in IRS audits and administrative proceedings Conduct substantive legal research and draft memoranda Draft complex legal documents Collaborate with senior attorneys Maintain client relationships and provide strategic tax advice What We Offer Remote work flexibilitywith hybrid options available 1,600 billable hour requirement Competitive compensation package Collaborative and supportive work environment Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who thrives on complex tax challenges and isn't afraid to dig deep into substantive legal issues.
