Qualifications: -4-5 years of experience in Leveraged Finance transactions -Experience representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies and/or financial institutions that provide financing to private equity firms in debt financing transactions. -Experience structuring and executing leverage finance transactions. -Experience drafting and reviewing a variety of finance documents including credit and service agreements, high yield bond indentures, and intercreditor and subordination agreements -Discretionary year-end bonus -Opportunities for career progression -Health and dental care - supportive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and promotes work-life balance -Technology allowance -Ongoing training and development programs to support continuous learning How to Apply: If you are a motivated and experienced legal professional with a passion for real estate law, we would love to hear from you.
