We’re looking for an experienced leader in corporate quality and safety to drive best-in-class programs across our U.S. operations. In this high-impact role, you’ll oversee safety and quality strategy, lead compliance initiatives, and partner with cross-functional teams to promote a strong safety culture. A deep understanding of electrical and construction safety is essential, along with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels—from technicians to executives and regulatory agencies.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead and enhance corporate quality and safety programs across all business units. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., OSHA). Oversee safety audits, inspections, reporting, and corrective action tracking. Drive continuous improvement across training, operations, and risk mitigation practices. Act as the main point of contact with regulatory agencies and external auditors. Collaborate with senior leadership to align safety strategy with company goals. Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.

Requirements

Required Skills and Competencies

Bachelor's degree in a related field required; advanced degree preferred. 10–15 years of progressive experience in safety and quality, with strong electrical/construction safety background. Certified Safety Professional (CSP), CIH, CHMM, or similar credential required. Proven leadership and communication skills with ability to influence at all levels. Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance standards. Comfortable working in fast-paced, field-based environments. Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 25–40%. Comfortable climbing wind towers (up to 80 meters) and working outdoors.

Work Environment
