Role Overview This role offers a unique opportunity to own and optimize the systems supporting our private credit business. You will manage and evolve critical applications and data platforms, working directly with Investment, Operations, Valuation, Tax, and Treasury functions. We seek a technically skilled problem-solver eager to grow into a strategic leadership position.

Responsibilities

Systems Ownership:

Manage key systems such as portfolio monitoring, data warehouse, security master, and ABL tracking tools, ensuring stability and performance.

Strategic Execution:

Drive system enhancements, evaluate new tools, and contribute to platform development.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with various teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.

Implementations & Upgrades:

Lead system rollouts, upgrades, and integrations, including testing and user acceptance.

Data Governance:

Support scalable data flows and ensure compliance with reporting standards.

Process Improvement:

Identify automation opportunities to streamline operations.

Training & Support:

Educate users and mentor junior staff.

Vendor Relations:

Manage third-party vendors for support and licensing.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or Finance.

5–7 years of experience in system analysis, product management, or similar roles, with at least 5 years in financial services or alternative investments.

Knowledge of data platforms and tools like Power BI, Lakehouse architecture, SQL, FIS VPM, IVP Polaris, and Microsoft Fabric is preferred.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

High initiative, accountability, and leadership potential.
