Join the TechOps team to help maintain, improve, and document our large-scale Cloud offerings. We seek passionate technology enthusiasts who thrive in collaborative, open environments. Responsibilities

Test features in SplunkCloud. Develop and update documentation on configuration and infrastructure changes. Implement configuration and infrastructure changes in customer cloud environments. Lead troubleshooting for customer incidents on the SplunkCloud platform. Develop and update automation tools. Qualifications

Operational experience at scale, especially with Linux and networking. Experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS. Previous roles such as Systems Admin, Network Engineer, or DevOps Engineer. Passion for work, responsibility, and project ownership. Experience in incident management. Interest in distributed systems and scaling solutions. Requirements

Must obtain SplunkCloud Architect Certification within 2 years. 2-3 years Linux experience. Basic to intermediate programming skills in Python or Go. Availability to work nights, weekends, and on-call. US Citizenship required to support FedRAMP High environment. Preferred Skills

Splunk administration. Experience with Puppet, Jenkins, GCP, AWS, Powershell, and Microsoft Azure. Additional Details

Salary range: $117,120 - $161,040 USD. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, sick leave, and performance incentives. This position is full-time, permanent, and based remotely.
