What's the Job?
Own the testing strategy across multiple titles, ensuring quality delivery of all in-flight projects. Manage and support both remote and onsite teams, driving performance management and mentoring of Test Managers and Test Leads. Continually improve project teams reporting and drive cross-team strategic initiatives. Positively manage client relations while proactively identifying problem areas and presenting solutions. Conduct regular project review meetings with customer leadership to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
What's Needed?
5+ years in Quality Assurance progressive roles, with strong preference for Games industry experience. 3+ years minimum experience in a Games QA Manager or equivalent position. Demonstrated experience managing managers and developing talent. Solid understanding of utilizing data analytics to lead data-driven decision-making. Strong written and oral communication skills, preferably with experience in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
