4 days in the office. Benefits:

As a Counselor at BHG, you will assist patients in achieving social, educational, and occupational goals, helping them prepare for a drug-free life and providing emotional and physical support. You will report to the Counselor Supervisor or Program Director, ensuring adherence to schedules, policies, and regulations. Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct counseling sessions and group therapy. Orient patients to treatment programs. Develop and revise treatment plans. Make referrals and perform follow-ups. Assist in program implementation and caseload management. Provide crisis intervention and coordinate care with community providers. Participate in training, conferences, and community activities. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's in human services or related field. CAC I, CAC II, LGPC, or LPC required. Experience in behavioral health is preferred but not required. Ability to make sound decisions, handle stressful situations, and demonstrate knowledge of human behavior and substance abuse treatment.
