We’re seeking a reliable and organized
Human Resources and Admissions Coordinator
to manage employee onboarding and resident admissions. This dual-role position is essential to the smooth operation of our facility, ensuring that new staff are supported and new residents are warmly welcomed.
Your Impact as Human Resources and Admissions Coordinator
In this role, you will:
Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities
Guide new hires through onboarding and ensure completion of required documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files
Monitor licensure and certifications to ensure compliance with regulations
Assist with timekeeping, payroll processing, and benefits communication
Serve as a go-to resource for staff regarding HR policies, procedures, and concerns
Support department heads in sourcing and onboarding staff
Admissions Responsibilities
Coordinate resident admissions, from initial inquiry through move-in
Obtain and organize required documentation from hospitals, families, and referral sources
Facilitate tours and communicate facility services to prospective residents and families
Ensure timely and accurate completion of all admission paperwork
Work with interdisciplinary teams to support seamless transitions
Track census changes and maintain updated admission/discharge logs
What Makes You a Great Fit
We’re looking for someone who:
Has experience in human resources and/or admissions (long-term care preferred)
Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Communicates clearly and professionally with staff, residents, families, and referral sources
Has a working knowledge of HR practices, state/federal employment laws, and basic admissions procedures
Is proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Demonstrates compassion and professionalism in every interaction
