Job Description

Project Manager will be responsible for:

Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from start to finish. Ensure projects adhere to timelines and remain within budget constraints. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure smooth communication and project execution. Monitor project progress and address any potential issues proactively. Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Prepare and submit regular project status reports to stakeholders. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance project efficiency. The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

A strong background in managing construction projects within the commercial construction industry. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and contracts.
