Job Description Required Education: • High School Diploma or GED

Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience: • 2 years of customer service experience • Bilingual (English/Spanish) • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Ability to learn additional systems as needed • Ability to work in a team environment when applicable • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) • Strong attention to detail and proof-reading skills • Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills • Strong work ethic and self-motivation

Primary Responsibilities • Receives customer phone calls and resolves issues/concerns if necessary • Research accounts to discover pertinent information and issues • Determines best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies • Responds to billing inquiries • Handles verification of pay histories and quote payoffs • Coordinates problem resolution with appropriate departments • Informs customers of standard procedures or resolution of problem • Follows up, either verbally or in writing, to ensure customer satisfaction • Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures
