Our Human Resources team is growing and is looking for an HRIS Coordinator to support our human resource information platform. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset, as this role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of important, confidential employee information. This is a hybrid opportunity offering 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience overseeing and maintaining the optimal function of the HRIS, including maintenance and upgrades of applications, systems, and modules. Responsibilities
Oversees and maintains the HRIS, including applications, systems, and modules Manages permissions, access, personalization, and system operations for HRIS users Programs custom functions such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports Prepares complex data reports, summaries, and logs for HR staff Serves as liaison between HR, IT, external vendors, and stakeholders for HRIS projects Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy standards Keeps up-to-date with trends and developments in HRIS technology Performs other duties as required Required Skills and Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Analytical and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of HR policies and procedures Ability to handle confidential information Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field At least 3 years of HRIS administration experience (Paycom, ADP, etc.) Paycom experience is a plus SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is highly desirable Additional Details
