We are looking for an accomplished litigator with at least 3 years of experience in commercial litigation, including complex commercial disputes, breach of contract cases, construction, DTPA, and fraud. The ideal applicant will have a thorough comprehension of civil procedure, evidence, trial advocacy, and a track record of real court appearances.
