Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management in an HR-related environment or a BA/BS degree in Cultural Resources or a related field. Proficiency with Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint. Duties
This role provides technical and administrative support for the National Park Service's Cultural Resource Partnership and Science programs. Responsibilities include drafting position descriptions, preparing personnel action requests, updating organization charts, data entry, and maintaining information management systems. Ensures accuracy and compliance with NPS guidelines. Assist managers with recertification of older position descriptions, develop vacancy announcements, and create position descriptions for new roles. (40%) Coordinate HR requests and follow-up. (40%) Coordinate interviews, reference checks, onboarding activities, and maintain staff files.
