$110,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr Job Responsibilities
Reviewing and preparing summaries of medical records to advocate for clients. Drafting motions and attending hearings. Preparing clients for depositions and attending depositions as needed. Drafting reports, responding to discovery requests, and attending court appearances. Taking and defending depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses. Qualifications
Admitted to practice in Colorado. Strong analytical, research, and communication skills. Experience with discovery motions, court appearances, and depositions. Benefits
