Job Description
3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Martech or campaign management domains. Familiarity with Naehas or similar Offer Management platforms is a strong plus. Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and campaign lifecycle. Experience working with Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in Agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements. Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. Work closely with solution architects and developers to ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation. Participate in client workshops and support the definition of campaign and offer strategies. Assist in UAT planning and execution, ensuring solutions meet business expectations. Analyze data and campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations. Maintain documentation for business processes, configurations and platform usage.

Salary Transparency

The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $100,000 to $130,000 /yearly.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
Note : No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. Job Description
