Job Summary: The Learning Experience Designer will create engaging, modern learning experiences focused on Leadership Development, Manager Essentials, and Leadership Competencies. You will collaborate with global stakeholders and SMEs to translate business needs into effective, scalable learning solutions across various formats, including e-learning modules, instructor-led sessions, and microlearning assets. This hybrid role requires onsite presence in Framingham, MA, two days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop learning solutions in multiple formats, including ILT, eLearning, video, job aids, and certifications Regularly revise and enhance existing training content to meet evolving business needs Partner with global stakeholders and SMEs to align training with strategic goals Conduct needs assessments to define instructional objectives and learner outcomes Create engaging storyboards and bring learning visions to life using instructional design tools Leverage metrics and data to evaluate learning effectiveness and optimize future content Manage multiple learning projects, prioritize timelines, and provide status updates Contribute to new content design templates and learning models Deliver innovative learning strategies for a global audience, incorporating regional nuances Serve as an individual contributor with strong cross-functional collaboration Required Experience:

5-7 years in instructional design or instructional technology Experience developing technical communications and learning content Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality training solutions Nice-to-Have Experience:

Exposure to SCORM, LMS platforms, HTML, and web-based learning tools Experience working in global retail or fast-paced corporate environments Required Skills:

Articulate 360 Suite Adobe Creative Cloud Video production for learning Preferred Skills:

Instructional Design Theory Stakeholder Communication eLearning Development Graphic Design & Color Theory LMS and SCORM Knowledge Additional Skills:
