We are currently seeking a
Marketing Associate
to join our team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and supporting brand initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing, real estate, and professional growth.
Responsibilities
Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs Support content creation for print, digital, and promotional materials Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance Coordinate with the design and sales teams to ensure brand consistency Organize and participate in promotional activities and industry events Maintain and update internal marketing databases and assets

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role (real estate industry experience is a plus) Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail Analytical mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow within the organization
