The Sr. Director of Product Operations, CXM is responsible for end-to-end product release management, collaborating with Sr. Product Managers for software development, managing the entire release process from planning, engineering, testing, to deployment and beyond. They ensure product releases are well-coordinated, efficient, and aligned with product and customer goals. Key Responsibilities

Define release scope, objectives, schedules, and environment availability in collaboration with product managers. Facilitate communication between product management, development, QA, and operations teams. Manage deployment activities, including scheduling, preparation, merging, branching, and post-release monitoring. Continuously improve release processes and practices for efficiency. Provide insights into technical and architectural roadmaps to support scaling, reliability, and innovation. Ensure consistent use of J&J tools like Jira, Nexus, CMDB, LeanIX, Roadmunk across squads. Coordinate and oversee testing strategies, including automation and performance testing. Ensure releases comply with internal audits, security, and regulatory standards globally. Maintain comprehensive documentation of release plans, processes, and outcomes. Establish and monitor KPIs such as deployment cadence, defect rates, MTTR, lead times, and user adoption metrics. Qualifications

15+ years leading large transformation initiatives with a focus on customer experience management. Leadership experience overseeing engineering, product management, and operations teams. Strong technical background in engineering and product lifecycle management. Deep expertise in Agile methodologies and complex project delivery. Proficiency in GenAI automation, AI workflows, and test automation. Experience managing 20+ engineering teams within a matrix structure. Exceptional skills in designing operational reporting models. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of engaging with executive leadership. Ability to travel up to 25%. Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
