responsible for defining and driving the product strategy and roadmap, focusing on delivering maximum impact based on data, research, and company strategy to create a world class supply chain integrity solution . They own the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, growth, and maintenance, collaborating with Engineering, Design and UX, QA, Integrations, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure a strong user experience and a successful go to market. Successful candidates will be strategic, entrepreneurial in spirit, hands-on, research-savvy and analytically-driven, with proven experience operating in a software business. Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to: Setting team goals, success metrics, and roadmap: Aligning team goals with Overhaul’s mission and defining key performance indicators (KPIs). Generate and maintain a team level roadmap to clearly visualize timelines of deliverables to use for team tracking as well as a stakeholder reference. Concisely deliver messaging a documentation around goals for products and features to align disparate teams. Create business cases and conduct return on investment analyses for new products documented within Product Justifications. Driving product strategy and development: Taking ownership of the product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch, growth, and ongoing maintenance. Generate strategy documents for your Product Verticals, ensuring alignment around what will and won’t be accomplished. Monitor and measure launched features and feed insights back into product development process Balance and negotiate cross product functionality with other Product Managers and Engineering leads. Collaboration and communication: Working closely with Design and Product Marketing teams, Engineering, Customer Success, Key Internal Stakeholders and Customers. Enhance customer engagement by proactively aligning our products with our customers’ strategic plans and embedding our solutions within their ecosystems. Drive product launches, new releases, develop product pricing and positioning strategies alongside Sales & Marketing teams. Lead cross-functional alignment, ensuring that Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success are unified in the launch and ongoing evolution of new products. Data-driven decision-making: Utilizing data analysis, market research, and company strategy to inform product decisions and prioritize features. Discovery starts with research, confirming our business assumptions through data. Define clear metrics for success (Definition of Done), and be prepared to pivot based on data insights—ensuring the business is always optimally positioned. Technical discussions: Participate actively in technical discussions with engineers to assess feasibility, overcome technical blockers, and mitigate technical debt. Understand technical limitations and be able to think creatively around technical blockers that might impede product delivery. As a fully integrated member of the development team, ensure that product initiatives are both innovative and scalable. Manage technical debt against competing priorities to ensure that the products created can continue to scale. Building a focused product vision: Formulating and owning the narrative for the product, communicating it to leadership, customers, and partners. Manage, develop and coach a high-performing Product Development team and ensure interlock with Engineering, Integrations, Sales and Marketing, and Operations teams to craft and pitch world class products and feature that delight our customers About you: Product Management Experience:

At least 5 years of product management experience in high-growth tech companies or related areas such as Supply Chain, Risk Management, Shipping, or Procurement. Demonstrated experience:

defining, launching, and scaling innovative products while maintaining a customer-centric approach. Analytical and Technical Acumen:

High analytical skills, a strong understanding of technology, and a business sense that guides ROI-based prioritization. Communication and Collaboration:

Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to succeed in a collaborative, innovative, and rapidly evolving industry and business organization. Bias towards action and bootstrapping:

A proactive approach to driving product development and launch from scratch. Hands on experience in creating prototypes. User Experience Focused (UX):

Experience in defining the customer journey and creating a positive user experience. A natural leader with strong business acumen:
