We focus on the seller experience through their interactions with Amazon and each other, identifying opportunities for improvement. We are looking for a dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead our next generation of AI-powered community products. This role involves driving rapid experimentation and innovation using Gen AI technologies to enhance understanding, engagement, and growth of seller communities across platforms, leveraging Agentic AI to automate workflows and improve information discovery. You will develop innovative products that provide insights into seller behavior, community dynamics, and engagement patterns. Your work will help optimize support across different seller segments. A key focus will be experimenting with and implementing Agentic AI solutions to streamline access to information, automate routine tasks, and create intelligent workflows to reduce sellers' search time. Collaborating with cross-functional teams in marketing, engineering, research, and design, you'll identify opportunities and deliver solutions that enhance community experience. Through fast-paced experimentation with Gen AI/LLMs, you'll prototype and validate new features to improve seller experiences and community engagement. You will manage end-to-end product development, focusing on quick iterations and measurable impact. Your role includes designing experiments, analyzing data, and using insights to inform strategy and measure success. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background with hands-on experience in Gen AI/LLM applications and autonomous AI systems, and a proven record of launching customer-facing products. You should excel in experimental design, data-driven decision making, and leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments. Core Responsibilities Drive end-to-end product development for community growth initiatives, from ideation to launch and optimization. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver features that enhance seller experience and engagement. Develop and execute a roadmap for community growth, incorporating feedback from sellers and stakeholders. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in seller engagement and satisfaction. Technical & Analytical Design experimentation frameworks to test hypotheses and validate decisions. Leverage Gen AI/LLMs for rapid prototyping and feature development. Create and monitor KPIs to measure success and drive improvements. Develop insights to inform product strategy and prioritization. Leadership & Strategy Act as the primary owner for community growth initiatives, coordinating across teams. Translate technical concepts into business value for stakeholders. Build partnerships with engineering, design, and business teams. Define success metrics for community growth. Product Development Identify and prioritize opportunities based on feedback, data, and goals. Create detailed product requirements and collaborate with engineering. Partner with UX teams to ensure engaging user experiences. Drive rapid iteration based on feedback and metrics. Business Impact Develop business cases and ROI analyses. Report progress and impact to senior leadership. Identify scalable solutions for global markets. Make data-informed decisions to maximize impact. A day in the life The PMT owns end-to-end product development, working closely with engineers and stakeholders to define, build, and grow technology-driven products. They develop requirements, prioritize needs, and manage milestones and roadmaps, focusing on exceeding customer expectations. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree Experience owning and defining roadmaps Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs Experience in engineering discussions and technology strategy Experience managing technical products or online services Ability to advocate for customers and stakeholders at executive levels Preferred Qualifications
