Sr. SFDC Technical Developer
We re seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Developer with a strong background in Service Cloud to support RMA automation and integrations with external systems. This role will involve hands-on development, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the implementation of scalable, efficient solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop custom functionalities within Salesforce Service Cloud to support RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processes and system integrations.
Build and maintain scalable Apex code, Lightning Components, and Flows/Subflows to enable agent-guided workflows and enforce field-level validations.
Collaborate closely with Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) to understand requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
Work with the CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) team to ensure seamless communication and integration using well-defined payload schemas.
Requirements:
8 10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with strong expertise in Service Cloud.
Proven skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integration techniques (REST/SOAP APIs).
Experience designing and implementing Flow automation and validation rules within Salesforce.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices for scalable solution development.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
