Job Overview Oversees the performance of a Leslie’s store to ensure it meets or exceeds customer service standards, sales plans, profitability, operating procedures, and merchandising objectives. Responsible for growing and managing sales, profit margins, payroll, and all controllable expenses. Hires proficient applicants, trains and develops them, and sets expectations for excellent customer service and a great workplace. Responsibilities Hire “A” players to support objectives such as meeting or exceeding sales budget, EBITDA/SOC goals, labor rate, shrink percentage, gross margin, APC, customer count, and Mystery Shop scores. Essential Competencies Ability to hire “A” players, efficiency, organization & planning, industry knowledge, customer service mindset, aggressiveness, follow-through, intelligence, analytical skills, high standards, attention to detail, proactivity, development skills, honesty/integrity, creativity, positive attitude, work ethic, communication, teamwork, flexibility, and adaptability. Qualifications Successful completion of all training modules including GMIT and Talent Platform, ability to achieve placement in the succession program, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with computers. Pay:
$22.42 - $23.87 per hour.
