HSB - Hartford Steam Boiler . Company HSB Location Hartford, United States HSB has a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Client Company Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for profitable growth with current reinsured clients in our fast-growing niche business, as well as prospecting new clients. You will consultatively bring HSB’s solutions for commercial and personal lines to primary insurance companies within your assigned region, working primarily with senior executives and management at the client’s home office. You will lead a client integration team to deliver value that helps clients achieve their strategic goals. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; MBA or degree in business, insurance, marketing, or statistics preferred. CPCU, CIC, or actuarial exams highly desirable. 10+ years in successful Commercial or Personal Lines underwriting and/or marketing, with management experience. Full P&L responsibilities. Experience in underwriting, operations, and marketing planning. Expertise in Commercial Lines with knowledge of Personal Lines and Reinsurance. Knowledge and Skills: Leadership and consultative selling skills. Business finance and industry knowledge. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in PC skills including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Project management skills and background in loss cost and rate making are a plus.
