Operations Site Manager

to join our team supporting the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division (NSWCCD) for the Navy Integrated Training Environment (NITE) program. In this role, you will contribute to Fleet readiness and operational excellence by providing data-driven solutions, enhancing Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) training environments, and delivering engineering and cybersecurity capabilities. Manage training site activities. Develop and implement policies and procedures, ensuring compliance. Evaluate activities to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Coordinate communication between functions. Manage subordinate employees' daily performance. Ensure project milestones and goals are met within budget. Required Minimum Qualifications

Seven (7) years of training asset maintenance experience with DoD efforts. Three (3) years of managerial experience with DoD efforts. Experience managing dispersed workforce supporting DoD training asset maintenance. Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance; US citizenship required. Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with synthetic training environments. Bachelor's degree in STEM or management field. Compensation

The annual salary range is $140,000 - $160,000, depending on factors such as location, skills, education, and experience. Benefits
