155969 Job Description: As an IT Support Engineer, you will be a critical part of the Overseas IT team, enabling our rapid global expansion. You will be instrumental in supporting our internal business teams, including warehouse logistics, HR, and Finance, by managing and optimizing the platforms, applications, and processes they rely on. Your role is to provide high-quality technical support and ensure our teams have the reliable, scalable, and secure IT infrastructure needed to succeed in a fast-paced, global environment. Responsibilities: Provide Level 1/2 technical support for desktops, laptops, Zebra printers, and Android/iOS devices, with a special focus on shipping and logistics tools. Design, deploy, and maintain secure IT infrastructure, including physical, virtual, and cloud server environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Manage and troubleshoot Windows/Linux servers, and configure network components including LAN/WAN, VPNs, switches, and firewalls. Automate repetitive tasks and enhance operational efficiency using scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python. Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures, conduct system audits, and ensure adherence to corporate security policies. Document troubleshooting procedures and create knowledge base articles to empower end-users. Requirements: Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in IT support and operations, with a strong background in ITIL frameworks and IT infrastructure (Physical, Virtual, and Cloud-based). Proven, hands-on experience managing Windows and Linux servers, along with cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Excellent knowledge of Agile/Scrum project management methodologies. Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify solutions for complex issues. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; MS preferred.
