Corporate Program Manager
to our team! The Corporate Program Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams to ensure the successful delivery of strategic programs within the automotive sector. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in program management, capable of driving complex projects from concept through launch, while aligning with business objectives and customer requirements.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver automotive programs on time, within scope, and budget. Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives. Monitor program performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks. Facilitate regular program reviews and provide updates to senior leadership on progress, challenges, and opportunities. Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications throughout the program lifecycle. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program management processes and outcomes
Desired Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or PMP certification is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management within the automotive industry. Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs involving multiple stakeholders. Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes and supply chain dynamics. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Ability to travel as needed to support program objectives
Work Environment
This position offers a remote or hybrid work arrangement, providing flexibility while maintaining strong team engagement. While most responsibilities can be performed from a home office, occasional on-site collaboration at Tempel Steel’s corporate facility or visits to manufacturing areas may be required, depending on business needs. The work environment is fast-paced and collaborative, with frequent virtual meetings and cross-functional communication to support alignment and productivity.
