As an Operations Engineer, you will lead cross-functional projects to develop and implement distribution solutions, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success. Responsibilities:

Work independently with internal and external teams to manage the lifecycle of challenging projects, acting as owner to deliver project objectives and targets. Projects may span organizations or geographies. Participate in engineering reviews, impacting system and facility process designs and architecture. Partner with teams and vendors to set priorities, establish milestones, and drive schedules, proactively solving problems to meet deadlines. Lead execution efforts for system and equipment designs, perform installations, qualifications, and optimize processes. Lead meetings, set objectives, facilitate discussions, document decisions, and ensure alignment. Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans clearly and regularly to leadership. Articulate system and equipment designs, including layouts and specifications, to internal stakeholders. Manage change orders, purchase orders, and invoice approvals efficiently. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across projects. Identify and lead process improvements to enhance efficiency and value delivery. Travel up to 80% domestically, with potential for extended periods including weekends. Qualifications:

Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or STEM field 0-4 years of experience in project or process engineering, project management, or manufacturing Experience managing cross-functional projects and implementing automation/system integration Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360, etc.) Preferred: Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or related STEM Experience in operations management/distribution centers with automation or material handling projects Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing Experience with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, automation solutions like Conveyors, Sorters, Robotic cells Proven technical leadership in industrial engineering projects or programs Company:
