Regional Marketing Manager – Life Sciences (US Region)

We’re looking for a dynamic
Regional Marketing Manager
to lead and scale our US marketing efforts — from concept to execution. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love creating impact through events and content, and want to shape how an industry innovator shows up across North America, we want to hear from you.
You’ll play a vital part in driving regional awareness, engagement, and revenue by executing strategic marketing plans tailored to one of the most critical markets in global biotech. From shaping local campaigns to managing industry events, you’ll be at the forefront of connecting scientific innovation with commercial opportunity.
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to boost brand visibility and event ROI across the US Lead event strategy and activation — including trade shows, conferences, and local partner events Create localized marketing materials and collaborate on digital campaigns (social, email, webinars) Manage distributors, collaborators, and partners to drive co-branded marketing efforts Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategy Lead and mentor the US event marketing team, fostering collaboration and performance Travel to key US events and sites as needed (up to 30–40%)
A
Master’s degree
in life sciences (PhD or MBA a bonus) 3+ years’ experience
in life sciences or pharma marketing (B2B or B2C) Track record of planning and executing impactful marketing campaigns and event strategies Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex technical information Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Adobe Suite, Canva, Constant Contact, and Excel Comfortable presenting insights to cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders Bonus: Bilingual in
English and Mandarin Chinese
