Summary of Position:
The Technical Recruiter will provide full-cycle recruitment services for CG Infinity. This fast-paced company is rapidly expanding, and we are looking for someone that can help us find the right talent to support our great workplace, and continued growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Leverage your experience to source and screen top talent using industry leading recruiting tools, our ATS and social media platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, Dice, etc.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract active and passive candidates to meet hiring requirements.
Responsible job posting optimization, digital and non- digital employment marketing, social media, job fairs and participating in networking events
Screen and evaluate applicants work history, education, training, skills, and compensation needs to obtain best match for position
Build relationships with top candidates and establish a pipeline of qualified resources
Collaborate with hiring managers, program managers, and the business development team to develop custom recruiting strategies
Manage competing priorities simultaneously
Ensure the positive candidate experience is at the forefront of all recruitment activity.
Provide recruiting status updates to Leadership including performance vs targets, sourcing/recruiting challenges/issues etc.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
3 - 10 years of IT recruitment life cycle
Being proactive with current responsibilities
Be able to identify and mitigate risk
Strong Communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting
Ability to lead a team
