From ideation to execution, you will assess vague problems, propose effective solutions, and execute them against a set of success criteria.
You will take concepts from wireframes to polished UI, prototype, test, and iterate rapidly, ensuring our users receive an optimal experience. Working closely with product management, engineering, design, and marketing, you will have a voice in all product-related design decisions, ensuring our digital products are not only beautifully designed but also intuitive, scalable, and effective.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-fidelity designs in Figma for interfaces, ecommerce features, and marketing landing pages, ensuring dev-ready assets, including responsive behaviors, transitions, and interactions.
Develop wireframes, user flows, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes for new features, concepts, and platform elements.
Conduct user research and analyze data to understand visitor needs, pain points, and preferences.
Perform usability testing and feedback sessions to refine and improve the design experience.
Support the use and evolution of the design system by defining requirements for reusable components and design patterns that maintain brand consistency and scalability.
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across the platform.
Collaborate with developers to ensure technical feasibility and smooth implementation of designs.
Work closely with the Product team to align user experiences with business objectives.
Continuously iterate on designs based on analytics, feedback, and changing user behaviors.
Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for mobile, desktop, and tablet platforms.
Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design principles across all digital touchpoints, ensuring compliance with European standards.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in UI/UX & Product Design, with a focus on digital products and ecommerce, and a comprehensive portfolio that demonstrates your design capabilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Advanced prototyping skills and the ability to create designs from concept to execution with high precision and consistency.
Proficiency in Figma, with experience in creating, organizing, and maintaining design systems.
Skill in passing off tasks to engineers and a willingness to collaborate closely to uphold high standards in design implementation.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development principles.
Awareness and interest in ecommerce trends and user behaviors.
Familiarity with accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG 2.1, EAA).
Deep grasp of UX principles, interaction design, and visual storytelling.
Attention to detail with a keen sense of aesthetics.
Proficient communication and collaboration skills.
Adeptness at managing a range of projects amidst a rapidly evolving backdrop.
