Selenium Automation Tester
to support our government client in Washington, DC. This role is primarily remote, with only one required visit to the office per month. Please note: Due to the secure nature of this government agency, all candidates must be U.S. citizens with an active SECRET CLEARANCE Key Responsibilities: Design and implement a
scalable test automation framework
and strategy using Selenium WebDriver. Build and maintain
automation frameworks from scratch , including debugging and optimization. Develop comprehensive
test strategies, test plans, and test cases
for Agile-based projects. Write, refine, and execute
automated test scripts
using Selenium WebDriver. Code automated tests in
Java, Python, or C#
for functional, regression, and smoke testing. Configure and manage the
tools and infrastructure
required for automated testing. Update and adapt automation tests in response to software changes, ensuring stable regression coverage. Generate clear and concise
test reports and documentation
of test results. Collaborate with development and QA teams to troubleshoot testing issues and improve test coverage. Required Qualifications: Active Secret Clearance
(Interim clearances are not accepted) 2–5 years
of experience in software testing, including Selenium and Jenkins Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science ,
Information Technology , or a related field Creating and executing
test plans and test cases Designing and maintaining
automation scripts and frameworks Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to produce test reports with
minimal rework Comfortable following structured
procedures, guidelines, and documentation Excellent multitasking and time management abilities across
multiple projects Strong interpersonal skills and ability to
work collaboratively
with both technical teams and clients Excellent
verbal and written communication
skills in English Additional Information: Work Location:
Primarily remote, with
monthly onsite
presence required at the client site in Washington, DC Physical Demands:
