We are looking for a Junior Analyst to play a meaningful role in the U.S., interfacing directly with internal and external clients. As a Junior Analyst, you will be contributing to existing client work and supporting business development efforts. Key responsibilities include: Working on projects to ensure the delivery of high-quality client outputs, on-time and on-budget Managing expectations of clients and internal stakeholders Presenting reports, recommendations, and the business implications with clients Who We Are Looking For An analytical and strategic thinker who has passion for sports and entertainment Someone who is excited by the opportunity to work in a start-up environment and grow with the business A data junkie who is comfortable structuring complex problems and taking accountability for results Someone who can use data to generate actionable insights and their business implications Knowledge of how to use AI to enrich a data-driven narrative with additional industry context Someone who enjoys managing multiple projects with challenging deadlines simultaneously A self-starter who has meticulous attention to detail Ability to work non-traditional hours at times due to the nature of live sports Required Qualifications 0-1 years of relevant research, data analysis and/or media planning experience Bachelor’s degree in a related field (including coursework in fields such as computer science, math, economics, business, statistics, science or engineering) Excellent numeric communication skills, including advanced PowerPoint skills Training in Microsoft Excel; VBA and SQL experience preferred Experience with Python, R, or other programming languages a plus Comfort with translating complex data into easily understandable business insights Analytical background with knowledge of sports and/or media business landscape desirable This position pays $45,000, is overtime-eligible and comes with a comprehensive benefits package.
