The

Senior Lead Accountant

will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with statutory accounting frameworks and IFRS. The role involves preparation of statutory and IFRS financial statements, audit support, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet reporting and compliance requirements. Key responsibilities include: Developing and maintaining documentation for accounting processes, policies, and workflows within assigned areas Organizing and archiving financial records to meet audit and regulatory standards Identifying opportunities for process improvements and participating in the implementation of enhanced accounting and reporting procedures Overseeing monthly and annual close activities, ensuring all accounting entries, reconciliations, and adjustments are completed accurately and on time Managing intercompany transactions and reconciliations within a multi-entity group structure Coordinating data integration and reconciliation between operational systems and financial reporting platforms Serving as a liaison with auditors, regulators, tax authorities, and other external parties during reporting cycles Assisting various internal departments with financial analysis, reporting requests, and ad hoc research This role offers a chance to develop professionally through exposure to complex insurance accounting issues and involvement in strategic finance initiatives.
