Process Development Engineer

to enhance production efficiencies, improve manufacturing techniques, and ensure high-quality outcomes. If you’re passionate about solving complex engineering challenges and making a tangible impact, we want to hear from you! What You’ll Do:

Drive Innovation & Efficiency:

Recommend and implement equipment and process modifications to boost production yields and streamline manufacturing techniques. Apply Advanced Analytics:

Utilize

Design of Experiments (DOE)

and

Statistical Process Control (SPC)

to uncover and resolve yield loss issues, enhancing product quality. Lead Design Transfers:

Oversee design transfer activities, ensuring seamless integration of new and existing products into manufacturing and service operations. Be a Problem-Solver:

Investigate and resolve line-down situations, collaborate with suppliers on component specifications, and lead root cause analysis for product failures. Ensure Compliance & Excellence:

Execute process validations and test method validations while maintaining strict adherence to

quality system procedures

and industry standards. Champion Collaboration & Mentorship:

Partner with

Manufacturing and Design Engineers

to bridge the gap between design and production, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in

Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

with at least

3 years of experience

in a heavily regulated industry. Technical Expertise:

Proven ability to execute

Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA) , perform root cause analysis, and manage design transfer activities. Regulatory Knowledge:

Experience with

electrical safety testing (IEC60601 compliance or similar)

and implementing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Software Proficiency:

Hands-on experience with

design engineering software , including schematic capture, mechanical drawing, and statistical tools like

Minitab . Project Management & Communication:

Strong analytical thinking, leadership, and interpersonal skills with proficiency in

Microsoft Project, Visio, and Office . PLM & PDM Systems:

Familiarity with

Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)

and

Product Data Management (PDM)

systems. Travel Required:
