Be the First Point of Contact
: Answer inbound calls with professionalism and empathy, ensuring every customer feels valued and heard. •
Scheduling
: Book service calls efficiently while ensuring our technicians arrive prepared and on time. •
Proactively Reach Out to Customers
: Make outbound calls to current Step Ahead Club members and past customers to remind them about seasonal tune-ups, system maintenance, or expiring warranties. •
Build Long-Term Trust
: Follow up on open service leads, unscheduled estimates, and past customers to provide solutions and prevent issues before they arise. •
Use Technology to Stay Ahead
: Utilize ServiceTitan to track customer interactions, notes, and follow-ups. •
Work as a Team
: Collaborate with dispatchers and office staff to deliver seamless service and keep operations running smoothly. Qualifications: • Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent • Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere Compensation: $14 - $16 hourly
