Job Purpose The Director of Sales for Walmart & Sam's Club will drive sales growth, acting as the SME with our partners and customers. Responsibilities include overseeing sales execution, achieving KPIs, conducting store visits, organizing planning meetings, partnering with commercial teams, and preparing for sales calls.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of sales and execution to meet KPIs and align with corporate goals.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and retail partners.

Identify new business opportunities to expand sales and market share.

Conduct market research and store visits to stay informed on industry trends.

Review store execution with partners, including bottlers, NAOU, and Acosta.

Collaborate on selling tools, strategies, and guidelines with internal teams.

Present fairlife's strategies to customers.

Ensure adherence to chain programming at store level.

Identify distribution gaps and develop plans to address them.

Complete necessary paperwork and reports.

Provide regular analysis and feedback on program results.

Regularly visit markets covering the entire geography of the assigned area.

Manage key account sales budgets, maintaining fiscal responsibility.

Share category and consumer insights to strengthen position as SME.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

Minimum 8 years of Key Account Management sales experience, preferably in food or beverage.

Knowledge of local markets and key contacts.

Strong multitasking and communication skills.

Proven leadership in results-driven teams.

Financial acumen and budget management skills.

Position Details Location: Bentonville, AR

Reports to: Sr. Director, Club Drug Value & Walmart Sales

Travel: 35-50%

Exempt status: Exempt

Salary Range: $140,000 — $190,000 USD
