Talent Acquisition Business Partner
to support a leading manufacturing company in
Tampa, FL . This
6-month hybrid contract

and offers a competitive rate of
$42–$45/hr . This is an ideal opportunity for a polished and experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, corporate manufacturing environment and is confident partnering with hiring managers and influencing decisions. Position Overview: You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for salaried and hourly roles across manufacturing, engineering, and corporate functions. You’ll also partner with leadership on strategic hiring, candidate pipeline development, and process improvement. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and technical roles (e.g., service techs, maintenance techs) Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and manage expectations Source candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search, ATS (SmartRecruiters), CRM, and other recruiting tools Provide a top-tier candidate experience while promoting DE&I hiring practices Manage recruiting KPIs, SLAs, and data reporting in ATS Qualifications: 7+ years of full-cycle
