Strategic Leadership:

Prioritize and manage complex projects with limited oversight, ensuring the flawless execution and sustained adoption of corporate improvement initiatives. Cost & Performance Optimization:

Utilize a metrics-driven approach to objectively assess and reduce costs in our existing operations. Team Development:

Lead, mentor, and coach an Industrial Engineering team, conducting performance reviews and fostering a true team approach that leads to world-class performance and employee satisfaction. Technical Authority:

Act as a technical liaison between your team, upper management, and field operations, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all solutions. Innovation & Collaboration:

Work with internal departments to develop new technology opportunities and maintain effective vendor relationships to ensure low-cost, high-value solutions. Resource Management:

Manage team resource allocation to effectively organize and schedule people and tasks across our national network. What You'll Bring:

A

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering

with

5+ years of experience

in warehousing and distribution. 1-3 years of supervisory experience. Proven experience designing and leading physical facility transformation solutions, including racking systems, material handling equipment, and new processes. The demonstrated ability to

drive and sustain change

without negatively impacting service levels. Proficiency in

AutoCAD

is essential, along with strong PC skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Project). Expertise with

Red Prairie/JDA DLx Labor Warehouse Labor Management (WLM)

and proficiency in key methodologies like

engineered standards, MSD, and time studies . Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Experience in transportation and familiarity with simulation software. Ability to Travel up to 25%
