About the Role

As a UI/UX developer lead, you will be responsible for:

Designing and developing rich and engaging graphical user interfaces and user experiences for web applications using React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other frameworks and tools. Leading and mentoring a team of UI/UX developers and ensuring the quality and consistency of their work. Engaging with customers and stakeholders to understand their requirements, preferences, and feedback. Conducting user research, testing, and analysis to evaluate the usability and effectiveness of the UI/UX designs. Creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and documentation to communicate the UI/UX designs to the developers and customers. Keeping up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in UI/UX design and development. About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

A bachelor's degree in computer science, graphic design, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design and development for web and mobile applications. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other frameworks and tools such as React, Angular, Bootstrap, Material Design, etc. Experience in leading and managing a team of developers. Experience in engaging with customers and stakeholders. Experience in conducting user research, testing, and analysis. A strong portfolio of UI/UX design projects that demonstrate your skills and creativity. A keen eye for aesthetics, usability, and accessibility. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. What We Offer
