Oversee day to day patient care Provide guidance and direction to the Nursing Staff in the delivery of professional nursing careInvolvement in interview/hiring of new NursesWork with residential program director/medical director with any concernsWork with Scheduler to cover shiftsDeliver hands on care/medication administrationMaintain documentation for Incident Reports regarding nursing, Equipment Control LogsManage training of new employeesCommunicate issues with AVP of NursingAct as a liaison between patient family and healthcare staffManage patient treatment plansParticipate in performance improvement / quality improvement initiatives Actively involved in Nursing ON CALL Rotation Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required, Masters preferredCurrent Registered Nurse licenseLeadership and managementConflict managementIntegrity and trustCompassion and composure#Walden
